Hi! My name is Michele Taylor and I'm a Religious Science Practitioner with CSLKenya. I'll be taking over the majority of the blog posts while Rev. Connie dedicates her time to teaching, working, and counseling with students. So much has happened since Rev. Connie's last post and her work in Nairobi has grown in huge ways.
Check back often as I fill in the gaps. Currently, Rev. Connie has 35 Science of Mind (SOM) students! She's teaching six classes to adults and travels once a week to the Briton Science of Mind Community School to work with the upper grade students on SOM Principles. The Centre (Canadian spelling) has three Practititioners - Susan, Debbie, and myself - who live in different locations in North America. Currently in Nairobi, she has 6 students heading in to Practitioner II class in the Fall. They will be paneling at the 2020 Center for Spiritual Living International Conference to be held for the first time, in Nairobi. At that time, the very first local group of Practitioners will be inducted into the Centre. What an exciting time! You can actually join us at the conference. Just head to the events page.
